When I worked for my previous company, all I had to do at work was compile all the information and set the format using a computer, internet access and telephone. But since I decided to join another company, the way I work is completely different.The reason I decided to join this company is because there is a challenge for me and it is more interesting! I really have to be in touch with the real world. I have to become a good marketer by not only being good at selling the service over the phone, but also by giving potential clients a good impression of the company. I must convince people that we have the best service without being too forceful. All that is carried out using various methods, through the good printed media such as banners and flyers, audio, exhibitions and most influentially M2M ("Mouth To Mouth"). Because neither of the people talking to each other realize they are marketing, the impact on the image of a product or service can be significant. So I do my best to create a good image and believe it will result in increased income for the company
